TERMS & CONDITIONS
The following terms and conditions are established to assist the sweeetcheesuscharcuterie.com (the "site" operated my Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie )"us", "we", "our". Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site. These terms and conditions are intended to ensure the highest level of quality in the Clients food and catering services. The Client’s event/order will be confirmed when the Client has read and signed the following policies and supplied Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie with an agreed upon deposit.
Payment and Deposits
Billing arrangements for all events must be made in accordance with the policies set out below unless otherwise negotiated. An agreed upon nonrefundable deposit is due at the time of booking. Balance of payment must be paid two weeks prior to service, unless otherwise specified and arranged. We accept cash, email interact transfers and credit card payments.
Cancellations/Refunds
We do not offer monetary refunds on charcuterie boards or boxes. Date changes are allowed and can be discussed on a per event basis. Should the client wish to cancel and event, three weeks notice is required, if cancellation happens within one week notice of the event, Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie will retain the deposit as liquidated damages.
Equipment
Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie reserves the right to charge for missing/damaged equipment attributed to the individuals attending the catering event. A final bill for any damaged and/or missing equipment will be sent within 14 days following the event. Payment is due upon receipt.
Event Setup, return/pickup
The contract includes required set up, agreed upon at time of order, making sure that all set up is done within reasonable time to abide by food safety and freshness of product.
Display and Promotion
It is agreed that Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie may display and use video and photograph from the catering session and event for internet promotions, social media promotions and any other non‐commercial purpose thought proper by Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie. All videos or photographs are subject to be posted on all social media networking sites for promotional purposes only. The client is responsible for telling Sweet Cheesus
Charcuterie in writing of any photos or videos the Client wishes not to be publicized. Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie possesses full ownership of all video and photos of the decorating process and final set up photographed by Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie. Therefor, Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie has permission to place their logo on any photographs taken by Sweet Cheesus.
Travel Fees
Based on your location of your event, an additional travel fee might be applicable. Any fees above and beyond what are discussed will be communicated at time of signing.
Emergency Cancellations
In the event that unforeseen or emergency circumstances outside the control of the parties make it impracticable to uphold this contract, including but not limited to force majeure events, ongoing COVID-19 outbreaks, or an emergency affect the Client’s event venue, the parties agree to give notice to one another as soon as possible. You understand that your payment is nonrefundable in these circumstances. If unforeseen or emergency circumstances arise fewer than 5 days prior to the event date, the Client agrees to pay Sweet Cheesus Charcuterie in full despite the emergency.
